Specific rules before promotional headlines
A specific offer card supports the conditions of that offer. General bonus and account policies provide the applicable wider rules. Broad promotional text is not used to override a more specific condition. If two sources conflict, we preserve the distinction and do not silently combine their limits into a new offer.
Currencies and times keep their original meaning
The welcome table is in EUR; the published card limits and withdrawal approval bands are in USD. They are not relabelled as local-currency amounts. Approval is kept separate from payment-provider delivery, and business days are not presented as calendar days. Unknown charges or availability are not replaced with a zero or a guarantee.
Dated tournaments are not a live feed
The schedule shows the inspected event names, playing days, qualifying games and ranked prizes. It carries a review date and does not automatically turn an expired event into next week’s competition. We do not republish changing player nicknames or standings as though this site were a live leaderboard.
Translations must preserve the answer
Language versions include the explanation, not just translated menu labels. Reviews check the difference between deposits and withdrawals, stakes and winnings, approval and delivery, and deposit-required versus no-deposit rewards. Country-specific restrictions remain visible independently of the language selected. An incomplete translation should not be replaced silently with English.
No invented player experience
We do not add fabricated review scores, player testimonials, payout records or claimed first-hand account outcomes. A demo shows game behaviour with virtual funds, not a prediction of cash results. A native app or public no-deposit offer is not described as verified without corresponding evidence.
Reporting an error
To report a changed condition or inaccurate passage, email support@fs.casino with the page address, the text in question and the relevant offer or policy. Do not include passwords or unnecessary documents. Eligibility, payment, bonus and safety errors take priority. Review dates identify the inspected material, not a promise that an offer remains unchanged forever.
