Keep essential money out of play

Gambling is entertainment with a risk of loss, not a way to earn income or pay debts. Do not use money needed for rent, food, bills or borrowing repayments. Decide the amount you can afford to lose before a session, and do not increase it because the balance has fallen.

Set an end time as well as a money limit

Choose a stopping time before opening a game and use the account’s available limit controls. A budget is not a target that must be spent. Stop when either your time or money limit is reached. A pending withdrawal, a near miss or a promising-looking bonus does not change that decision.

Remove pressure from bonuses and tournaments

Wagering deadlines and leaderboard positions can create urgency. You do not need to complete an offer or chase a rank. Do not place more bets to recover losses, finish wagering or avoid a possible payment charge. The tournament pool is shared among winning places and is not a return promised to participants.

Ask for a break or account closure

You can email support@fs.casino without signing in. For closure, identify your account using its registered email and clearly request closure. If the reason is gambling harm, state that and ask about self-exclusion and its scope. Keep the response; sending a request is not the same as receiving confirmation that restrictions are active.

Use help outside the casino

If gambling affects sleep, work, relationships or essential spending, stop and seek independent help. Country pages identify relevant local services where available. A restriction on one casino account does not automatically cover other operators. Someone you trust can help you put practical barriers between an urge to play and access to money.

Protect minors and shared devices

Do not let a minor use your account or a device with an active gambling session. Sign out, avoid shared saved passwords and keep payment approvals under your control. Age labels on a website are not a substitute for supervision or device restrictions. If account access has been shared, contact support rather than creating another account.
